Dietary & Allergy Notice
Please review all menu descriptions before placing your order and inform our team of any food allergies, dietary restrictions (including vegan or pescatarian), or special preparation needs. If you have questions about our ingredients or preparation methods, we are happy to assist!
Once an order is placed, it is prepared strictly as specified on our menu. Rosa’s cannot issue refunds, remakes, or exchanges for undisclosed allergies or dietary preferences after an order has been prepared.

Pricing & Taxes: All menu items are priced à la carte and do not include additional items, setup services, or the standard Connecticut sales tax of 7.35%.
Ordering for Pick-Up? Here’s How Payment Works:
Card on File Required: We ask for a credit card to hold your order. Don't worry—it won't be charged unless your order is abandoned or not picked up! You can choose your final payment method when you arrive.
In-Person Processing Only: Due to updated merchant security policies, we cannot accept credit card numbers over the phone. If paying by card at pick-up, the physical card must be presented in our shop.
Sending Food from Afar or Ordering for Others? We frequently help out-of-state guests, corporate clients, and families sending sympathy or funeral meals. If you won't be here in person to pay, we can email and text you a secure payment link to complete your order online.

Please give us 24 to 48 hours’ advance notice so we can set up your online invoice in our system before your order date.
